It's Sunday, and that means it time for polo! Greenwich Polo Club presents the Sunday featured match of the week today at 3:00 pm. The legendary White Birch Farm will be taking on Palm Beach Equine Clinic in high goal action, showcasing some of the world's best professional players and the sport's very best horses. So grab your friends and come on out to catch the match on a summer afternoon; what sounds better than that?
White Birch Farm (2-0) comes into today's match with a perfect 2-0 record to begin the season, boasting a 14-9 victory over Altaris in the opening round and an 11-7 win over Level Select CBD earlier this week. Palm Beach Equine Clinic (1-1) will be a familiar team to many as the squad was victorious on opening day in front of a Sunday crowd of thousands, outpacing Level Select CBD by a margin of 11-7. In their second-round, the PBEC squad from Wellington, Fl, fell to Altaris by a score of 12-10 in a match that came down to the final minutes of play.
It's looking like a beautiful weather day at the polo club, so be sure to get there early and grab a good picnic spot on the grass or take a stroll around the field. As always, The Cup Bearer will be the exclusive bar provider of Greenwich Polo Club and mixing custom cocktails along with a full selection of wines, beers, and bubbles to choose from. Greenwich Polo Club is incredibly excited to welcome more of its loyal fan base back through its gates for a full season of Sunday matches, with the GPC experience you’ve come to know and love.

If you haven’t yet purchased your tickets for the upcoming season, now is the time, as premium tickets are becoming limited for all matches. This season’s Sunday events will be back to nearly full capacity at the club, but please remember that while the State of Connecticut has lifted all restrictions for outdoor events, the CDC encourages those who are not fully-vaccinated to mask and social distance.
